Massimo Colasanto
Nasce a Roma nel 1967 dove si laurea presso l’Università degli studi “La Sapienza” nel 1994 e dall’anno successivo è iscritto all’Ordine degli Architetti Pianificatori Paesaggisti Conservatori della Provincia di Roma.
Nel 1995 fonda l’Associazione Professionale “Archinprogress”, studio che lascerà nel 2000 per costituire la Transitio S.r.l., società di consulenza per enti pubblici, imprese private e professionisti, occupandosi parallelamente di progettazione architettonica e urbanistica.
Attraverso la redazione di programmi complessi matura importanti esperienze nel campo della riqualificazione urbana ed in particolare si distingue quale coautore del Contratto di quartiere denominato “Due comuni un obiettivo comune”, promosso dai Comuni di Albano Laziale ed Ariccia (finanziato per 10 ML di Euro ed unico esempio in Italia di sodalizio tra due amministrazioni comunali), del P.R.U.S.S.T. denominato “Conurbazione Casertana” promosso da svariati comuni della provincia di Caserta, e del P.R.U.S.S.T. “Latium Vetus” nelle provincie di Roma e Latina, risultati in graduatoria rispettivamente, primo in Campania ed in Italia, e primo nel Lazio.
Nel 2005 con la redazione del Programma di Riqualificazione Urbana “La porta tra fiume e città” per il Comune di Monterotondo, finanziato per 10 ML di Euro, conquista il vertice della graduatoria regionale del Lazio dei Contratti di quartiere II.
Dall’ottobre 2009 al dicembre 2010 ricopre l’incarico di Responsabile del Settore Urbanistica del Comune di Fonte Nuova (RM) dove, dal 2011 al 2016, collabora come consulente occupandosi tra l’altro di programmi urbani complessi tra i quali il programma P.L.U.S. denominato “Un cuore per la città”, finanziato dalla Comunità Europea con 5 ML di Euro attraverso un bando della Regione Lazio, occupandosi inoltre della progettazione della nuova casa comunale.
Dal 2015 è consulente di Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.a. per la quale svolge attività di verifica di progetti di opere pubbliche e private.
Nel settembre 2017 costituisce la società di ingegneria DROMOS S.r.l. di cui oltre che Direttore Tecnico, è amministratore nel biennio 2019/2020.
Dal 2019 torna a svolgere attività di consulente del Settore Urbanistica presso il Comune di Fonte Nuova occupandosi di interventi di rigenerazione urbana anche attraverso forme di partenariato pubblico-privato.
Contestualmente prosegue l'attività professionale occupandosi della progettazione di varie opere pubbliche, tra le quali l'ampliamento dell'impianto crematorio del Cimitero Flaminio di Roma e la realizzazione di una nuova caserma per il Comando Provinciale di Roma dell'Arma dei Carabinieri, oltre che di diversi edifici privati per uffici ed abitazioni.
Attualmente è impegnato in diversi interventi di riqualificazione finanziati con il P.N.R.R. ed in progetti per la ricostruzione di alcuni nuclei edilizi residenziali danneggiati dal terremoto che ha colpito il centro Italia nel 2016.
Born in Rome on 1967 where he graduated from the University "La Sapienza" in 1994 and from the following year he was enrolled in the Order of Conservative Landscape Architects Planners of the Province of Rome.
In 1995 founded the "Archinprogress" Professional Association, a studio that he left in 2000 to set up TRANSITIO S.r.l., a consulting company for public bodies, private companies and professionals, dealing in parallel with architectural and urban planning.
Through the drafting of complex programs, he matures important experiences in the field of urban redevelopment and in particular stands out as co-author of the district contract called "Due comuni un obiettivo comune", promoted by the Municipalities of Albano Laziale and Ariccia (funded for 10 million Euros and only example in Italy of partnership between two municipal administrations), of the P.R.U.S.S.T. called "Conurbazione Casertana" promoted by various municipalities in the province of Caserta, and by the P.R.U.S.S.T. “Latium Vetus” in the provinces of Rome and Latina, results in the ranking respectively, first in Campania and in Italy, and first in Lazio.
In 2005 with the drafting of the Urban Redevelopment Program “La porta tra fiume e città” for the Municipality of Monterotondo, financed for 10 million Euros, he conquers the top of the Lazio regional ranking of District contracts II.
From October 2009 to December 2010 he held the position of Head of the Urban Planning Sector of the Municipality of Fonte Nuova (RM) where, from 2011 to 2016, he collaborated as a consultant dealing, among other things, with complex urban programs including the P.L.U.S. called “A heart for the city”, financed by the European Community with 5 million Euros through a tender from the Lazio Region, also dealing with the design of the new municipal house.
Since 2015 he has been a consultant for Bureau Veritas Italia S.p.a. for which it carries out verification activities of public and private works projects.
In September 2017 he set up the engineering company DROMOS S.r.l. of which in addition to being Technical Director, he was director in the two-year period 2019/2020.
From 2019 he returns to work as a consultant for the Urban Planning Sector at the Municipality of Fonte Nuova, dealing with urban regeneration interventions also through forms of public-private partnership.
At the same time he continued his professional activity dealing with the design of various public works, including the expansion of the crematorium of the Flaminio Cemetery in Rome and the construction of a new barracks for the Provincial Command of Rome of the Carabinieri, as well as of several private buildings for offices and homes.
He is currently involved in various redevelopment interventions financed with the P.N.R.R. and in projects for the reconstruction of some residential buildings damaged by the earthquake that hit central Italy in 2016.
